Job Summary




  • The Business Development & Marketing Manager will spearhead growth initiatives, drive strategic partnerships, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns to expand the company’s footprint in the fashion and e-commerce sector.

  • The role requires a commercially minded professional with strong experience in business development, digital marketing, and brand positioning.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with fashion brands, influencers, online marketplaces, and logistics partners to drive sales and brand visibility.

  • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new customer segments and expand into new geographic markets.

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, paid ads, email, and PR.

  • Oversee SEO, SEM, influencer marketing, and content marketing to increase qualified traffic and conversion.

  • Work with the design and merchandising team to align product offerings with customer demand and fashion trends.

  • Support business pitches, stakeholder reports, and growth plans for investors.



Qualifications & Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Management, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).

  • 2–5 years’ proven experience in business development, marketing, or brand managementwithin fashion, retail, or e-commerce.

  • Demonstrated ability to grow revenue, close partnerships, and deliver successful marketing campaigns.

  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify(or other e-commerce platforms).

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.



Salary

N500,000 - N800,000 Monthly (depending on experience).
