Job Summary:




  • A reputable Healthcare hospital is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and professional Front Desk Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming environment while efficiently managing front desk operations.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Greet and attend to visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately.

  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and deliveries.

  • Maintain appointment schedules, visitor logs, and meeting room bookings.

  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

  • Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information in person, over the phone, or via email.

  • Coordinate with internal staff to facilitate meetings and office activities.

  • Uphold a professional image of the company at all times.



Qualifications:




  • Minimum of OND or relevant certification in Administration or related fields.

  • 1–2 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role (experience in the healthcare sector is an added advantage).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.

  • High level of attention to detail and discretion.
