Job Description
A fast-growing company located in Surulere, Lagos is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join its dynamic team. The organization specializes in supplying paper packaging and plastic products to clients in the hospitality industry, including restaurants, hotels, and cafes.
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Working Terms: Full-time, On-site (Monday – Friday)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively reach out to new clients through cold calls, visits, and networking.
- Close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Actively promote the company’s packaging and plastic products to clients in the hospitality sector.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide timely feedback and reporting on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
- Assist in the expansion of the company’s footprint within Lagos and beyond.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales — experience in FMCG or hospitality supply is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in pursuing new business.
- Familiarity with the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION
- Minimum of HND/BSc in a relevant field.
