Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage and oversee our company’s financial operations.


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.


• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required to effectively manage our day-to-day accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.


• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports.


• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.


• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing recommendations for improvement.


• Handle tax preparation, filing, and ensure compliance with regulations.


• Process payroll and maintain employee expense records when required.


• Assist with audits and implement financial controls to minimize risks.


• Generate financial reports using QuickBooks and provide insights for management decision-making.

Education & Certifications

• OND, HND, BSc,in Accounting, Finance


• Minimum of 1–2years of accounting experience.


• Proven experience working with QuickBooks (desktop or online).


• Experience in financial reporting, taxation, and auditing processes is preferred.


• High integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information

• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software.


• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and practices.
