Job Summary:




  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role involves client outreach, proposal development, investor communications, and supporting the negotiation and structuring of partnership deals.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Identify and pursue new business leads, markets, and revenue opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and investors.

  • Develop and present compelling business proposals and presentations.

  • Support negotiation, structuring, and closing of partnership and investment deals.

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Work closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals.



Requirements:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field (MBA is an added advantage).

  • 3–5 years’ proven experience in business development, preferably within the energy or related sector.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM tools is an advantage.
