Job Summary:




  • We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to support the smooth daily running of our office. The role involves maintaining a clean and organized environment, assisting with minor errands, and providing general administrative support.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office and shared spaces.

  • Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other basic administrative duties.

  • Run minor errands and support logistics when required.

  • Monitor office supplies and notify the team when replenishment is needed.

  • Support staff during meetings and office events (arrangements, refreshments, clean-up).

  • Ensure facilities remain neat, safe, and functional, reporting any issues promptly.



Requirements:




  • Minimum of SSCE/OND or equivalent qualification.

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Reporting To: Admin Officer/HR Manager
