We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
You will act as a key liaison between the CEO, internal teams and external stakeholders ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and efficient coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Assist in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and follow-ups.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO.
Support travel planning, logistics, and expense reporting.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as directed.
Support communication and collaboration between different departments.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the CEO’s office.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant.
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
