Job Summary




  • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer.

  • This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion in handling sensitive information.

  • You will act as a key liaison between the CEO, internal teams and external stakeholders ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and efficient coordination.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

  • Assist in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and follow-ups.

  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO.

  • Support travel planning, logistics, and expense reporting.

  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as directed.

  • Support communication and collaboration between different departments.

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the CEO’s office.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant.

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.

  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
