  • We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a fine dining establishment.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to deliver an exceptional guest experience while ensuring smooth operations, staff performance, and profitability.



Key Responsibilities




  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure consistent fine dining service standards.

  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring professionalism and guest satisfaction.

  • Manage reservations, guest relations, and resolve customer concerns promptly and elegantly.

  • Monitor and control inventory, food & beverage costs, and waste management.

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain menu quality and service flow.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, upselling, and customer retention.

  • Manage budgets, payroll, and financial reporting for the restaurant.

  • Maintain a positive brand image through excellent service and guest experiences.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.

  • 5+ years’ proven experience in restaurant management, preferably fine dining.

  • Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, customer service, and hospitality standards.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

  • Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
