The Key Purpose of this role is to be responsible for process optimization on the packaging line.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining, repairing and optimizing plant equipment and associated devices


• Operating and monitoring equipment when required


• Optimizing plant performance in terms of productivity, quality, delivery, cost and safety


• Maintaining a safe and healthy working environment


• Applying the Manufacturing Way Principles and Practices


• Applying problem solving processes

• Ability to communicate well

• Ability to adhere to instructions, work in shifts with minimum supervision and action oriented

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of HND or B.Sc in Electrical field.


• Minimum Advanced Certificate in Mechanical Engineering


• Minimum of 2 years working experience in Manufacturing
