Our client is seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Front Desk Officer to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors.



Key Responsibilities




  • Serve as the first point of contact at the reception desk, welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately.

  • Manage and route incoming calls, emails, and correspondence to the right departments.

  • Maintain a professional front office environment that reflects the company’s brand and values.

  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure availability for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support administrative tasks, including filing, record keeping, and documentation.

  • Assist with office logistics such as receiving deliveries, handling mail, and liaising with vendors.

  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as required.



Qualifications and Skills




  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, or administrative roles (experience in an EPC or engineering environment is an added advantage).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion.
