Role Overview
- CHDFNigeria is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This hybrid position requires a dynamic individual who resides in Lagos and is passionate about managing projects that make a tangible impact in the healthcare and non-profit sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and report on milestones.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and ensure clear communication across all levels.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the non-profit or healthcare sector.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Must reside in Lagos and be available for hybrid work arrangements.
