Role Overview

• CHDFNigeria is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This hybrid position requires a dynamic individual who resides in Lagos and is passionate about managing projects that make a tangible impact in the healthcare and non-profit sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.


• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.


• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and report on milestones.


• Manage relationships with stakeholders and ensure clear communication across all levels.


• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.


• Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.


• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the non-profit or healthcare sector.


• Strong organizational and leadership skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Proficiency in project management tools and software.


•  Must reside in Lagos and be available for hybrid work arrangements.
