  1. Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.

  2. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets in assigned territory.

  3. Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and availability in retail outlets

  4. Candidate should have the necessary documents for driving.

  5. Be vast with the road network in respective northern states.

  6. Should be capable of driving automatic and manual transmissions.

  7. Good driving experience and skills.

  8. Meeting/Exceeding set targets by focusing on driving sales.

  9. Efficient supervision of Secondary sales to drive product availability/Performance management.

  10. Account Management: Effectively manage different accounts and ensure product availability.

  11. Identify business opportunities for the client/customer base within the assigned region.

  12. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and revenue goals.

  13. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, paying attention to their needs and unique requirements to effectively propose tailored solutions.
