Job Purpose
As a Business Development Manager:
- You will help grow Huawei’s products and solutions in the market thereby increasingthethemarket share within the ICT space. Identify and generate new ICT business opportunities to further improve market shareandawareness by gaining an understanding of customers' ICT needs and promoting goods andservices to these customers. Able to meet or exceed a business target of a minimum of $2,000,000 in 12 months (partnerled)
- Have capability to do presentation of Huawei’s products and services
- Should be focused and have strong communication skills. Cooperate and work with both Soft Alliance and Huawei teams to identify opportunities, workshop with customers and their business requirements and ICT
- Should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstratedabilitytoexecute a particular strategy.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Grow revenue share within existing customers base
- Cooperate and work with both Soft Alliance and Huawei teams to support exhibitions androad show events.
- Identify and visit five (5) customers every week.
- Bring the customers to Huawei Exhibition Centre and Open LAB
- Organize workshop for customers in order to discover opportunities in Huawei productsandservices.
- Understand the organizational structure of every customer and their decision making process.
- Assesses customers' needs and explaining the goods and services which meet their needs.
- Provide written or via email weekly/monthly sales forecasts
Qualifications and/or Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years’ prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies Focused and goal-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical skills forecast and identify trends and challenges In-depth understanding of the company’s current products and future concepts
