Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy IT Support Associate to provide day-to-day technical support across PRL andits affiliated businesses.


• This role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, supporting Microsoft 365 tools, managing IT assets, and assisting with IT projects across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level IT support to users


• Troubleshoot laptops, printers, networks, and business applications


• Support Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and Windows OS


• Maintain IT inventory and manage device allocation


• Assist with system setups, backups, and security updates


• Support IT projects and enforce IT policies across all sites

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field


• 1–2 years’ experience in IT support or helpdesk roles


• Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified are a plus


• Experience supporting users in a retail or multi-location environment is an advantage

Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills


• Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and Microsoft 365


• Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.
