Responsibilities



The ideal candidate will (but not limited to):




  • Coordinate daily site operations under the direction of the Operations or Project Manager.

  • Assist with the planning and scheduling of resources (labor, materials, equipment) for ongoing construction activities.

  • Monitor progress at project sites and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

  • Support the procurement and delivery of materials, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.

  • Liaise with site supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth workflows.

  • Prepare and maintain operational reports, daily logs, and progress updates.

  • Conduct routine site checks to track productivity and resolve minor site issues promptly.

  • Ensure proper implementation of HSE policies and participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings.

  • Report any delays, challenges, or non-compliance issues to the Operations or Project Manager.

  • Assist in tracking resource usage and optimizing site logistics to reduce waste and downtime.



Requirement




  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or Construction Management.

  • 3–5 years of experience in construction operations or site coordination.

  • Solid understanding of construction processes, procedures, and safety practices.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and site plans.

  • Experience working with contractors, vendors, and construction teams.

  • Good documentation and reporting skills.  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with project management tools.

  • Willingness to work on-site and adapt to varying project conditions
