Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store.


• The ideal candidate will have proven experience in store management and a strong background in inventory management.


• You will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, maintaining accurate stock levels, delivering excellent customer service, and leading the store team to achieve sales and performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and excellent customer experience.


• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve individual and team performance goals.


• Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stock counts, and reconciling discrepancies.


• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely replenishment of products.


• Implement inventory control measures to minimize loss, waste, and overstocking.


• Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.


• Ensure the store complies with company policies, health & safety standards, and operational procedures.


• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.


• Prepare and submit reports on sales, expenses, and inventory performance to management.

Requirements

• You have at least two to five years of work experience


• Proven 4+ years experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or similar leadership role.


• Strong background in inventory management and stock control.


• Excellent leadership and people management skills.


• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.


• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems (POS software experience is a plus).


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
