Job Description
Responsibilities
- Project Coordination & Support: Assist with job setup, planning, execution, scheduling, and maintaining project documentation for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Subcontractor & Supplier Management: Coordinate bid solicitations, gather bids, and maintain contact information to support accurate cost estimating.
- Permitting & Compliance: Support in obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and approvals from government authorities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Health, Safety & Risk Management: Implement and uphold health and safety policies; assist in identifying risks and applying mitigation strategies.
- Communication & Reporting: Manage project communications including meetings, minutes, updates, and status reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Qualification and Experience
- Candidates should possess a Degree in Engineering or Core Science related discipline
- Minimum of 2-years’ experience, specifically in project management
- Age: Not more than 35 years old.
