  • We are seeking an experienced Senior People Partner to shape and drive our people strategy in alignment with organizational goals. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and a champion for employees, designing and delivering programs that enhance culture, engagement, and performance. You’ll bring expertise across compensation, employee relations, policy development, HR systems, and analytics, while fostering a workplace where people thrive and deliver their best work.



As a Senior People Partner, you will do the following:




  • Lead compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, pay equity, incentive design, and compliance with relevant labor and benefits laws.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, conduct surveys and focus groups, and partner with leadership to strengthen culture and values across the organization.

  • Develop and enforce performance management policies, ensuring fair, consistent, and effective goal setting, evaluation, and recognition processes.

  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee transitions that reflect our values and compliance standards.

  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution while coaching managers on best practices.

  • Design and implement conflict management frameworks that foster collaborative problem-solving and minimize organizational risks.

  • Manage HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and accurate reporting to inform strategic decisions.

  • Use HR analytics to identify workforce trends, build predictive models, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.

  • Lead HR policy development, ensuring clear communication, consistent application, and compliance across all teams.



Requirements




  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with strong expertise in compensation, performance management, and employee relations.

  • Proven success designing compensation, performance, and employee programs that scale with business growth.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret people data and translate insights into actionable strategies and recommendations.

  • Proven track record as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, with the confidence to influence, challenge, and guide decision-making.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues and build alignment across diverse stakeholders.

  • Experience leading through organizational change, including scaling teams, restructuring, and cultural transformation.

  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and emerging workplace trends, with the judgment to apply them effectively.

  • Ability to coach and develop leaders, fostering high-performing teams and inclusive work environments.

  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution, ensuring both vision and delivery.
