Job Responsibilities




  • Oversee daily operations of the supermarket/Pharmacy including opening and closing procedures.

  • Manage and supervise supermarket staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

  • Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed to maintain appropriate stock levels.

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.

  • Implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability, including merchandising and promotional activities.



Requirements




  • HND/B.Sc in any related field of study

  • 1-2years experience working in a supermarket or retail environment.

  • Strong leadership and management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of inventory management principles and procedures.

  • Familiarity with POS systems and other retail software.
