Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils enrolled in the after-school program with assignments and homework.


• Assist students in preparing for tests and examinations through revision sessions.


• Ensure pupils are engaged in meaningful academic activities during after-school hours.


• Supervise students during recreational play to ensure safety and appropriate behavior.


• Reinforce lessons taught during the school day using British curriculum-aligned methods.


• Create a supportive and encouraging environment to help all pupils thrive.


• Collaborate with classroom teachers to align after-school support with the school’s academic goals.


• Maintain proper records of each pupil’s progress and participation in the after-school program.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Education or a related field.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching in a primary school setting.


• Familiarity with the British Curriculum is essential.


• Certification in CPR and first aid is an added advantage.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Patience and the ability to support students of varying learning levels.


• Organised, detail-oriented, and skilled in student supervision.


• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and parents to support learning goals.
