Job Description







  • Oversees post-sales service operations, manages maintenance teams, ensures customer satisfaction, and supports technical and financial processes to meet service standards



Responsibilities




  • Implement functional strategy within the section to ensure vertical and horizontal alignment across Jubaili departments.

  • Manage daily activities, foster collaboration, and streamline processes to meet performance targets.

  • Organize work schedules based on customer zones and urgency to ensure generator uptime.

  • Lead site inspections, fault diagnosis, design modifications, and client visits to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.

  • Coordinate pricing, BOQs, and receivables to ensure accurate billing and timely account closure.

  • Review maintenance reports to identify trends, delays, and contract renewals; liaise with technical teams on key issues.

  • Address client needs and complaints with timely follow-up and effective resolution.



Qualifications




  • University or Technical degree in Mechanics or Electric Engineering (BSC, B.Eng, HND etc)

  • Professional Qualifications: NSE, COREN

  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience in a similar role.

  • 5 years of which in a supervisory role.
