Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team and join in cleaning


• Assign and inspect cleaning tasks to ensure they are completed to high standards


• Train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing guidance and support


• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed


• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas


• Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping


• Collaborate with maintenance and front desk teams to address facility maintenance needs.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with at least 5 years of work experience.


• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role


• Strong leadership and organizational abilities


• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment


• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts


• High school diploma or equivalent
