The Fulfilment Officer is responsible for ensuring that all customer orders are processed, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills
Interested candidates should possess an HND / BSc Degree with 3 - 4 years work experience.
Prior experience in fulfilment, warehousing, logistics, or e-commerce operations is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented with ability to work under pressure.
Good computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, inventory/ERP systems).
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
