Job Summary




  • The Fulfilment Officer is responsible for ensuring that all customer orders are processed, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.

  • This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.



Qualifications & Skills




  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / BSc Degree with 3 - 4 years work experience.

  • Prior experience in fulfilment, warehousing, logistics, or e-commerce operations is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Detail-oriented with ability to work under pressure.

  • Good computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, inventory/ERP systems).

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
