Role Overview

• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Architect to design, plan, and oversee interior spaces that align with functional needs, brand identity, and aesthetic vision.


• The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, technical expertise, and the ability to translate client requirements into innovative, sustainable, and practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, drawings, and specifications for residential, commercial, or hospitality spaces.


• Conduct site analysis and space planning to maximize usability and aesthetics.


• Prepare detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or related tools.


• Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure project success.


• Source materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting that align with design intent and budget.


• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and sustainability practices.


• Manage projects from concept to execution, including timelines, budgets, and quality checks.


• Present design ideas and 3D visualizations to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.


• Proven experience as an Interior Architect (portfolio required).


• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other design software.


• Strong project management and communication skills.


• Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design practices.


• Ability to balance creativity with practicality and budget constraints.
