We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team at Capsgain Solutions Limited. The ideal candidate will be an expert in media buying, Facebook and Instagram ads, and performance marketing, with a strong track record of running successful campaigns that drive measurable business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, launch, and optimize high-converting ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other platforms.


• Manage advertising budgets and maximize ROI on all paid campaigns.


• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to boost ad performance.


• Develop retargeting strategies to convert leads into paying customers.


• Monitor and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, etc.


• Work closely with the sales and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals.


• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and platform policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing and media buying.


• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and paid social media campaigns.


• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and marketing funnels.


• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.


• Creative thinker with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
