Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.


• Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, image, video) for various social media platforms.


• Produce and edit short, engaging videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other video-centric platforms.


• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.


• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online communities to foster positive interactions.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns or events with overall marketing goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.


• 1-3 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in the energy or tech industry.


• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.


• Proficiency in creating and editing short-form videos for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.


• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.


• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.


• A genuine passion for the solar energy industry and a basic understanding of renewable energy concepts.
