About the Role

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agency Manager to lead our travels and tours operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of travel consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the agency’s operations, staff, and service delivery.


• Drive business growth by developing new clients, corporate partnerships, and travel packages.


• Manage ticketing, reservations, visa processing, and tour operations.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, airlines, hotels, and tour operators.


• Monitor sales targets, budgets, and overall financial performance.


• Ensure compliance with IATA standards and industry regulations.


• Oversee the affairs of the company..

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.


• 3+ years’ experience in the travel and tourism industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/managerial role.


• Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).


• Proven leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills.


• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.


• Female candidates preferred for gender balance.


• IATA certified.
