Qualification / Requirements
- Interested candidates must have culinary certification with minimum of 1 year of work experience
Behaviour and Skills:
- Professional and polite
- Excellent culinary skills, menu planning, food preparation and presentation are mandatory
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and special cuisines is key
- Experience in cooking for high-profile individuals or events
- Attention to detail and creativity in presentation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene certification
- Timeliness is of great importance
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
