What You’ll Do
As an HR Associate, you’ll be a key player in supporting and strengthening our HR function. You’ll:
- Partner with the HR Manager and business units to implement people-focused strategies
- Support recruitment and onboarding of top talent
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Assist with performance management, learning, and development processes
- Ensure HR records, policies, and compliance are maintained with precision
- Provide day-to-day support to staff, ensuring an excellent employee experience
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who’s not just “filling a role” but eager to contribute meaningfully. The right fit will:
- Have 1–3 years’ HR experience, especially recruitment and people management
- Be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Bring strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be comfortable in a high-pressure, high-performance environment
