Job Purpose 




  • The Head of IT & Innovation will lead iCentra’s technology and innovation agenda, driving both internal IT operations and external client-facing technology solutions. This role is responsible for ensuring robust IT infrastructure, data security, and digital transformation while fostering innovation to deliver competitive advantage and sustainable growth for the company. 



Key Responsibilities 




  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for IT operations, data security, and innovation initiatives. 

  • Lead and manage both internal (support) and external (client-facing) technology functions. 

  • Develop and implement IT & Innovation strategies aligned with iCentra’s business goals. 

  • Ensure reliable and secure IT infrastructure, systems, and applications across the organization. 

  • Drive client-facing technology solutions and digital transformation projects, ensuring high-quality delivery. 

  • Identify, assess, and integrate emerging technologies to enhance competitiveness and efficiency. 

  • Oversee compliance with relevant IT, data privacy, and cybersecurity regulations. 

  • Build and mentor a high-performing IT & Innovation team. 

  • Report to the CEO on technology strategy, risks, and performance metrics. 



Requirements 




  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). 

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive IT and innovation leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role. 

  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and emerging technologies. 

  • Proven track record of managing IT operations and delivering technology-enabled business solutions. 

  • Experience in both internal IT support and external client technology consulting. 

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, Agile, or similar) are an advantage. 



Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 




  • System Uptime & Reliability: % uptime of internal IT systems and infrastructure. 

  • Cybersecurity Compliance: Zero critical security breaches and full compliance with data privacy regulations. 

  • Project Delivery: % of IT and client projects delivered on time, within scope, and budget. 

  • Innovation Outcomes: Number of new technology initiatives or solutions implemented annually. 

  • Client Satisfaction: % satisfaction rate for client-facing technology solutions. 

  • Operational Efficiency: Reduction in IT downtime and service requests resolution time  

  • Team Development: High-performing IT & Innovation team
