Job Summary

• We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Ibefun, Ogun State. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing HR strategies across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.


• The candidatewill lead recruitment, talent development, employee engagement, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives


• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development programs


• Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives


• Manage employee relations, benefits, and compensation


• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations


• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for business improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field


• 4-5 years of experience in HR management


• Proven track record in HR strategy development and implementation


• Excellent communication and leadership skills


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary

N350,000 - N400,000 monthly.
