Job Summary




  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Modern Trade / E-Commerce Executive to manage and drive our brand’s presence across modern trade and online marketplaces.

  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with business registration and onboarding on e-commerce platforms, as well as a strong understanding of digital retail operations, product listing, and sales optimization.



Key Responsibilities




  • Register and onboard the company on relevant e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.

  • Manage relationships with e-commerce partners, aggregators, and modern trade outlets.

  • Ensure accurate and timely upload of product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images.

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain to prevent out-of-stock situations.

  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, promotions, and customer feedback.

  • Support negotiations and agreements with e-commerce platforms and modern trade partners.

  • Develop and execute online promotional campaigns to drive visibility and sales.

  • Stay updated with platform policies, industry trends, and competitor activities.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven experience in business registration and onboarding on e-commerce platforms.

  • Minimum of 2–5years’ experience in e-commerce operations, sales, or modern trade.

  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Jumia, Konga, Amazon, Shopify, etc.).

  • Good negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
