Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Service Apartment Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our serviced apartments in Osogbo.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily running of the apartments.


• Supervise staff and ensure excellent guest experience.


• Handle bookings, check-ins, and check-outs.


• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards are met.


• Keep records of expenses, occupancy, and supplies.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.


• Proven experience in hospitality, facility management, or a similar role.


• Must have a robust clientele base and the ability to drive occupancy.


• Must have strong digital marketing skills.


• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.


• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.


• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Osogbo.
