The IT Support Officer will provide technical support to staff, ensure smooth running of computer systems, and assist with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
The role requires a proactive professional who can resolve issues efficiently while delivering excellent user support.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree/HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.
Professional certifications such as CompTIA At, Network•, IT IL, or Microsoft Certified are an added advantage.
Hands-on experience with hardware maintenance, system installations, and user support.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices will be a plus.
Skills:
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
Excellent knowledge Of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and common business applications.
Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or equivalent).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
