Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
- Monitor dealership and distribution sales performance, providing data-driven insights and support for improvement.
- Conduct sales forecasting, track progress, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive growth in dealer sales, market share, and lead-to-customer conversion rates.
- Maximize average deal value and overall sales effectiveness across the channel.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a strong network of automotive dealerships, distributors, and resellers.
- Monitor dealer and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market reach and drive adoption of new vehicle models or services.
- Identify and pursue new channel growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to align strategies and ensure channel readiness.
- Manage and resolve channel conflicts while ensuring adherence to program guidelines.
- Monitor rep retention within partner organizations to ensure channel stability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, channel management, or dealership development (preferably in automotive or related sectors).
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage conflicts and align diverse stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
