Salary:₦180,000 Monthly
The Customer Service Officer will act as the first point of contact for customers; she is a salesperson, ensuring excellent service delivery by handling inquiries, processing requests, resolving complaints, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service, sales, or marketing role.
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals consistently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong product presentation and client engagement skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems, email etiquette, and digital sales tools.
- Strong collaboration mindset with internal teams.
