Job brief:



We are urgently looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) who will provide high-level administrative support to executives or senior managers, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective time management. The PA will serve as a point of contact between the executive, internal staff, and external stakeholders, while managing schedules, correspondence, and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and other documents as required.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.

  • Act as the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-ups.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.

  • Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for the executive.

  • Manage office supplies, expenses, and other administrative tasks as required.

  • Support the executive in personal tasks where necessary, ensuring a balance between personal and professional engagements.



Requirements:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field (preferred).

  • Minimum of 2years of Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

  • Good at drafting/Memo, and correspondence.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital scheduling tools.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality and must have a Legal background.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

  • Must have sales Experience.
