Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote our products


• Convert leads into sales through effective communication and follow-up


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets


• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize campaign strategies

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree 


• Proven experience in telemarketing or direct sales


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
