Job Summary:




  • The Head of Commercials will lead the commercial strategy and operations of the company to achieve revenue growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction in the ISP/Telecommunications sector. This role oversees sales, marketing, pricing, and product commercialization to ensure competitive positioning and profitability.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and implement commercial strategies tailored to ISP/Telecom markets.

  • Drive sales growth through innovative packages, customer acquisition campaigns, and retention programs.

  • Oversee product pricing, service bundling, and promotional activities.

  • Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and emerging market segments.

  • Monitor competitor activities, customer usage patterns, and market trends to inform decisions.

  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to align service delivery with commercial goals.

  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, and commercial performance reports for executive review.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the commercial team for peak performance.



Requirements:




  • BSc/HND in Business Management or a related discipline.

  • A professional qualification in relevant field is required.

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the ISP or telecom industry.

  • Proven track record in broadband or telecom product commercialization.

  • Strong understanding of data-driven sales and marketing strategies.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
