Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight of healthcare operations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols, policies, and quality assurance programs.
- Coordinate provider network development and manage relationships with healthcare facilities.
- Review and approve treatment protocols, referrals, and medical claims.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in healthcare delivery.
- Support staff training and continuous professional development initiatives.
- Provide strategic input to management on improving service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution (additional qualifications in Public Health, Health Management, or related fields will be an advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years post-NYSC experience, with at least 3 years in a healthcare management or HMO role.
- Current practicing license with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
