Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight of healthcare operations.


• Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols, policies, and quality assurance programs.


• Coordinate provider network development and manage relationships with healthcare facilities.


• Review and approve treatment protocols, referrals, and medical claims.


• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in healthcare delivery.


• Support staff training and continuous professional development initiatives.


• Provide strategic input to management on improving service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• MBBS degree from a recognized institution (additional qualifications in Public Health, Health Management, or related fields will be an advantage).


• Minimum of 5 years post-NYSC experience, with at least 3 years in a healthcare management or HMO role.


• Current practicing license with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).


• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.


• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
