  • Our client, a fast-growing fashion brand, is looking for a candidate with a strong background in customer service, operations, and management to oversee the retail operations of the brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations, maintaining brand standards, and driving operational efficiency.



Key Responsibilities




  • Supervise daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.

  • Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising compliance.

  • Monitor and evaluate store performance, sales targets, and operational efficiency.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

  • Train, mentor, and supervise retail staff, fostering a performance-driven culture.

  • Coordinate with other departments (supply chain, sales, marketing, and production) to ensure seamless operations.

  • Implement operational improvements to drive profitability and customer retention.

  • Prepare reports on operations, customer feedback, and staff performance for management review.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in retail operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

  • Strong background in customer service and team leadership.

  • Solid knowledge of retail operations, inventory, and visual merchandising.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a strong advantage.
