About the Role




  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Junior Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team.

  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience in selling building materials and consumables, with strong knowledge of nuts, bolts, PVC pipe fittings, and related products. Candidates with prior experience in Panar, Geepee, or Sacvin will be given preference.



Key Responsibilities




  • Drive sales of building materials and consumables (nuts, bolts, PVC pipe fittings, etc.) to achieve revenue targets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding customer base within Lagos and surrounding areas.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, contractors, and wholesalers.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

  • Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends to adjust strategies.

  • Provide timely reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective business goals.



Qualifications & Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

  • Proven sales experience in building materials/consumables industry (mandatory).

  • Hands-on experience selling nuts, bolts, PVC pipe fittings (very important).

  • Previous experience with Panar, Geepee, Sacvin, or similar companies is highly desirable.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
