Key Responsibilities




  • Manage, maintain, and enhance the company’s e-commerce website to ensure smooth functionality and excellent user experience.

  • Develop, test, and deploy custom applications, software tools, and automation systems to support business processes.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify pain points and design scalable solutions.

  • Implement performance optimization strategies for web applications and back-end systems.

  • Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and payment gateways into the website.

  • Ensure website security, perform regular backups, and monitor for vulnerabilities.

  • Maintain technical documentation and provide support to staff when needed.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience managing and developing e-commerce websites(experience with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or custom PHP solutions is an advantage).

  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such asPHP, JavaScript, Python, or similar.

  • Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, React/Vue).

  • Experience with database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL).

  • Familiarity with SEO best practicesand site optimization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
