Job Summary




  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Professional with 3–5 years of experience in consulting or professional services. The candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

  • The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a deep understanding of business services or management consulting offerings.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, events, and digital outreach.

  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities in target markets.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Collaborate with consulting teams to align offerings with client needs.

  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine strategy.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in a consulting, professional services, or B2B environment.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport at CXO and senior levels.

  • Familiarity with proposal writing and consultative sales methodologies.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
