Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Pharmacist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.


• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in production planning, GMP compliance, process optimization, and quality assurance within a regulated environment.


• This role involves overseeing day-to-day production activities to ensure timely, safe, and compliant manufacturing of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage production operations in accordance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of production schedules


• Monitor equipment, materials, and manpower to achieve efficient production output


• Maintain accurate documentation for batch manufacturing records, deviation reports, and logbooks


• Ensure quality control standards are met at each stage of production


• Train and guide production staff on operational protocols and safety measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)


• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical production


• Strong knowledge of cGMP, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing processes


• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment


• Proficient in documentation and production software systems.
