Job Summary

• The Presenter/Producer will be responsible for hosting programs on-air while also overseeing the planning, development, and production of content.


• This role requires strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills to deliver high-quality programs that engage and captivate our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Present live and pre-recorded programs with professionalism, confidence, and audience engagement.


• Research, plan, and produce compelling content for programs.


• Develop scripts, show outlines, and program flow.


• Conduct interviews with guests, experts, and contributors.


• Collaborate with production, technical, and editorial teams to ensure smooth delivery of programs.


• Edit and review content to maintain quality and relevance.


• Stay up to date with current events, trends, and audience interests to keep content fresh and engaging.


• Ensure programs align with the station’s vision, brand, and broadcasting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, or related field.


• 2 - 5 relevant work experience.


• Proven experience as a presenter and / or producer in a media or broadcasting environment.


• Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interviewing skills.


• Strong creative and storytelling abilities.


• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.


• Proficiency in content production tools and basic editing skills (audio/video) is an added advantage.


• A confident, engaging personality with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
