Position Overview



We are looking for goal-oriented, self-motivated, and dynamic Executive Sales Representatives to drive sales growth, build client relationships, and deliver measurable results. This role requires strong sales skills, relationship building, and achieving targets. The ideal candidate must be based in Lagos and ready to resume immediately upon selection.



Key Responsibilities




  • Prospect and acquire new clients across various sectors.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

  • Drive sales growth and meet/exceed targets (monthly, quarterly, annual).

  • Promote VHM’s services and enhance brand awareness.

  • Negotiate and close deals with professionalism.

  • Conduct market research on industry trends and customer needs.

  • Collaborate with teams for tailored client solutions.

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress to management.

  • Represent VHM at networking events for brand visibility.

  • Continuously seek strategies to boost sales and market share.



Requirements




  • Must reside in Lagos State.

  • Must be available to start immediately.

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or client management.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Goal-getter mentality with excellent persuasive skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Self-driven, motivated, ambitious with high integrity.
