Job Summary
- To develop, implement, and manage Nordica’s brand strategy for IVF and fertility services, ensuring consistent messaging, patient engagement, and market positioning that strengthens Nordica’s reputation as a leading fertility clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Develop and execute brand strategies to increase awareness and preference for Nordica’s IVF services.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms (digital, print, events, patient touchpoints).
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to position Nordica competitively.
Marketing & Communication:
- Design campaigns to educate and attract prospective patients on IVF and other fertility treatments.
- Oversee content creation (brochures, newsletters, blogs, social media, videos) tailored to fertility awareness.
- Work with digital marketing team to drive online visibility, patient inquiries, and engagement.
Patient Engagement & Experience:
- Collaborate with clinical teams to simplify and communicate IVF processes for patients.
- Develop patient education programs, webinars, and community engagement initiatives.
- Ensure brand messaging reflects empathy, trust, and confidentiality.
Partnerships & Business Growth:
- Support business development with brand-led initiatives (partnerships, CSR programs, fertility awareness campaigns).
- Represent Nordica at conferences, fertility exhibitions, and health fairs.
- Build media and influencer relationships to enhance IVF awareness.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track marketing ROI on IVF campaigns (leads, inquiries, conversions, patient registrations).
- Conduct brand perception surveys and patient feedback analysis.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly brand performance reports for management.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's / Master's Degree with 5 - 10 years of experience.
