We are recruiting for a medium-sized growing company manufacturing sachet water (popularly called pure-water). The company is situated along Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway, Lagos State, Nigeria.

The Job Entails:

1. Counting of stock before and after loading into the vehicle, with a record left for the Administrative Personnel to resume.


2. Loading of the sachet water into a Volvo car (in conjunction with the assistant driver) 


3. Driving and looking for who and where to sell, within the Local Governments mentioned above.


4. Distributing and selling of water profitably.


5. Relating well with the customers; having excellent relationships with them


6. Off-loading from the car anytime or day there are returns from the market


7. Re-packing the water into the packing bags where there are leakages.


8. Calling, texting, using WhatsApp to communicate, develop more customers and maintaining very cordial relationship with them.


9. Daily collection of all sales proceeds.


10. Stay with the company recommended technician or mechanic whenever the vehicle develops fault to fix the problem.


11. The sales job for the day starts at 7.00am


12. The job is not time-bound rather it is performance or result-oriented.


13. Ensuring a proper sales-cycle. That is all efforts from taking the water out from the factory to when all the sales money are collected from the customers. This MUST be reported and accounted for, DAILY.


14. Loading of vehicle for the next day sales program is done in the preceding day.


15. Support the vehicle assistance during the course of sales.


16. Maintaining the Volvo car very well to promoted efficiency and reduce costs.

The type of person we are looking for?

1. Age – must be between 25 & 45 years


2. Must have a VALID Driver’s License


3. Must be someone that can READ & WRITE


4. Must be someone that can count figures


5. Must be of good and sound memory (not someone who forgets things easily)


6. Must be a good planner who knows how to plan his job with little or no supervision


7. Must be READY to work for full 5 days in the week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday).


8. Must be dutiful, hardworking and honest


9. Must be willing and able to submit a minimum of two (20 guarantors to us. The guarantors MUST be living in Lagos State or else they will appear in our factory physically.


10. Very good driving experience is essential; understand the road signs and be a law-abiding citizen keeping to the rules of all government agencies.


11. He must be a problem-solver


12. Must know how to relate well and easily build relationship with people.


13. Muat be very hardworking agile and tenacious.


14. Must be ready to live very close to the factory or he lives in the factory accommodation provided by the company.


15. Must be someone that can write simple reports on sales activities and field occurrences.


16. Must be someone that takes corrections and listens to advise.


17. Must be ready to work and stay in Lagos State.


18. Can be from anywhere even, a neighbouring country in as much as he has the documents to work in Nigeria.


19. Must be a MALE


20. Attitude to work MUST be excellent.

Benefits:

1. Daily food Allowance of N1,000 (additional N30,000 per month)


2. Free Accommodation inside the factory compound


3. Medical Allowance of up to N60,000 per year.


4. Telephone recharge card of N4,000 per month


5. Gym facility ONLY on Thursday of the week


6. Provision of Cell Phone for use (but it stands to be the property of the company)
