  • We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will not only drive sales through customer acquisition and relationship management but will also support our online sales channels with basic social media engagement.

  • This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about sales, understands digital customer behavior, and is eager to contribute to growing our e-commerce presence.



Key Responsibilities



Sales & Customer Engagement:




  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets across e-commerce platforms.

  • Identify and pursue new customer acquisition opportunities through both online and offline channels.

  • Build strong customer relationships by responding to inquiries, handling objections, and providing excellent post-sales support.

  • Collaborate with the E-commerce team to ensure seamless order processing, fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.



E-commerce Operations Support:




  • Work closely with the E-commerce team to track online sales performance and identify growth opportunities.

  • Assist in managing product listings, descriptions, and updates across e-commerce platforms.

  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and promotional trends to support sales strategy.



Social Media & Digital Engagement:




  • Support the execution of basic social media marketing activities (posting, responding to comments, engaging with followers).

  • Monitor customer interactions and feedback on social media, escalating issues when necessary.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall sales goals.



Key Requirements




  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • 2–3 years proven experience in sales, e-commerce, or customer-facing roles with basic social media experience

  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Whatsapp, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Tech-savvy with a good grasp of e-commerce tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
